Events managing and collaboration

Brief
The app is a management and collaboration tool for all event types. The main functionalities are managing quotes from vendors, creating polls, creating tasks and timelines, uploading inspiration and managing feedback from stakeholders. Each set of these actions can be accessed and are attributed to modules which the event organizer can customize.

Challenges
Designing the app was challenging because of the complex information architecture, the large amount of data and several user roles with different levels of access. Another challenge was the navigation which has two levels that need to be access at any point of the journey with ease. First there is a general level were the user finds all his events and connections. Second level is all the functionalities specific for managing each event.

Process
I started by creating all the user flows of the app using high fidelity wireframes. I then redesigned the main screens to further optimize the experience and enhance the UI visually. For this I had to summarize and group related information so that users can quickly find what they need and reduce the amount of data in order to simplify it.
