Events managing and collaboration
Summary The application serves as a comprehensive management and collaboration tool for various types of events. Its key features include vendor quote management, poll creation, task and timeline organization, inspiration uploads, and stakeholder feedback management. These functionalities are organized into customizable modules by the event organizer. Challenges The design process faced challenges due to the intricate information architecture, a substantial volume of data, and the presence of multiple user roles with varying levels of access. Navigational complexities arose from the need to seamlessly access two levels throughout the user journey: a general level for events and connections and a specific level for managing each event's functionalities. Process The design journey began with the creation of user flows through high-fidelity wireframes. Subsequently, the main screens underwent a redesign aimed at optimizing the user experience and enhancing the visual appeal of the UI. This involved condensing and categorizing related information to facilitate quick user access and streamline data, ultimately simplifying the overall experience.
